HOW TO MAKE SWEET CORN CAKE (Mexican Corn Cake)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 cup masa harina
- 2 tsp whip
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- HALF CUP of butter
- corn meal 1/2 tsp
1. Onto the creamy butter (made previously) add corn flour, water and stir vigourously.
2. Process thawed corn and stir in this mixture.
3. Mix sugar, salt, baking powder, cream and cornmeal.
4. Pour in baking pan. Cover with aluminium foil. Place in baking dish.
5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
6. Leave it cold 10 min.
