Beef strip steaks are a good source of protein and contain a full day’s supply of Vitamin B6, niacin, zinc and selenium. They are also low in calories, fat content and saturated fat.

The USDA recommends cooking beef strip steaks according to the following temperatures: rare (130°F), medium rare (135°F) or medium (150°F). If you prefer your meat well done, cook it at least 160°F. For a quicker cooking time, place the steak on an oiled grill over high heat or broil for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.

To prepare it for grilling or broiling, season with salt and pepper then brush with vegetable oil before cooking so that exterior doesn't stick when flipped over during cooking time. You can also rub mustard into the top layer before adding other spices if desired; this will help keep its moisture while allowing flavors from marinade ingredients such as garlic cloves to penetrate layers below the surface where they will give off their aroma while still remaining tender when sliced open later on down the road - making delicious sandwich fare!

Serve alongside grilled vegetables like asparagus spears wrapped around green onion stalks tossed lightly coated with olive oil mixture containing crushed garlic cloves mixed therein along with parsley flakes sprinkled generously atop after the roasting process has been completed; pair together nicely with whole grain rolls brushed lightly brushed onto the outside surface using olive oil infused mixture containing parsley flakes sprinkled generously atop after roasting process has been completed - yum!

In this ad, you'll find some great deals on produce and seafood. If you're looking for a good price on your next grocery trip, this is the place to be!

The great thing about the grocery store is that you can eat well, save money and have fun at the same time.
