Let's begin! First, peel the papaya, and then cut it in half lengthwise. Take out the seeds, then throw them away. Papaya should be cut into pieces no larger than 1 inch. Cut the strawberries into fourths. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and sour cream together using a whisk until the ingredients become completely incorporated and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or large ziploc with the corner snipped off. To assemble, place fruit in a glass or large mug, pipe yogurt on top and sprinkle with granola and coconut.
