Also, you can find kosher recipes on publix.com/passover. Before you buy the ingredients or ready meals, you might want to check out a list of traditionally beloved kosher meals. Here is my Passover food list for those who want to see popular ones all together.

Matzo Ball Soup:

It is a traditional Jewish food with matzo meal, eggs, and chicken broth and people like it because of its fluffy feeling which is a nice, soft start for dinner.

Matzo Ball Soup

Charoset:

A sweet paste made from chopped nuts, apples, cinnamon, and sweet wine. It symbolizes the mortar used by Jewish slaves in Egypt and is typically eaten with matzo during the Seder meal.

Brisket:

We all know this one. Slow-cooked beef brisket seasoned with onions, garlic, and herbs. The reason I have chosen is the popularity of the meat. Although it is very challenging to cook this one.

Potato Kugel:

A baked casserole dish made with shredded potatoes, onions, eggs, and matzo meal. Another typical crispy-soft traditional Jewish cuisine side. This mediterranean culture really likes potatoes although it is not an ancient food in middle-east.

Tzimmes:

A sweet stew made with carrots, sweet potatoes, dried fruits, and honey. It’s a symbolic dish representing the sweetness of life and is often served alongside savory mains.

Matzo Brei:

Soaked matzo, then mixed with eggs, fried until golden brown. It can be served sweet with cinnamon and sugar or savory with salt and pepper.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls:

Tender cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of ground beef, rice, and onions, then simmered in a tangy tomato sauce. It’s a hearty and satisfying dish that’s perfect for Passover.

Chocolate Covered Matzo:

Matzo crackers dipped in melted chocolate and topped with nuts or dried fruit. It’s a sweet treat enjoyed during Passover and a great way to satisfy a chocolate craving.
