HOW TO GRILL T-BONE STEAK
1. Pour some salt on all sides of steak with rubbing gently.
2. Leave it for 1 hour in room temperature.
3. Steak absorbs the salt and then sprinkle pepper.
4. Turn on your grill until very hot. (450 F is mostly recommended but I don’t know your choice)
5. Clean your grill with a brush and spread some oil on grill rack.
7. Firstly grill on the primary part of the grill until dark color then turn upside down.
8. Use a thermometer to measure heat inside the meat. When it registers around 120 F then it is said to be OK.
10. Leave the steaks for 10 min. Then serve it.
